You need Admin or Owner permission to change general settings. Staff members see the settings they can edit based on their role.
Opening general settings
From the sidebar, click Settings → General.

Workspace name
The display name of your workspace. This appears in the top-left of the dashboard and in outgoing system emails.- Type: Free text

Will changing timezone shift my existing scheduled campaigns?
No. Scheduled campaigns keep the absolute time they were set to. The new timezone only changes how that time is displayed.

Staff set their personal display timezone in their own profile (Profile → Preferences). The workspace timezone is used for shared views like campaign schedules and reports.
