When you log in, Xobito opens on the Dashboard — your mission-control view. This page explains everything you see there and how the left sidebar is organized.

The top bar

Across the top of every page:
  • Logo (top-left) — click to return to the Dashboard from anywhere.
  • Search — quickly jump to a contact, template, or campaign by name.
  • Notifications (bell icon) — new messages, campaign completions, template approvals, and billing alerts land here.
  • Help — opens this documentation and support links.
  • Profile avatar (top-right) — account menu with Profile, Billing & Subscription, Logout.
Hover over any icon in the top bar to see its label. On smaller screens the top bar collapses into a hamburger menu.

Dashboard widgets

The dashboard is a summary page. Each widget is clickable — click it to drill into the underlying feature.

Messages sent

Your outbound messages today vs. this month. Useful to watch against your plan quota.

Conversations opened

The number of 24-hour conversations opened — this is what Meta bills you for.

Contacts

Total contacts, plus how many were added this week.

Unread chats

Incoming conversations that nobody has replied to yet.

Campaigns

Running, scheduled, and recently completed campaigns.

Template status

Approved, pending, and rejected templates in your WABA.
Below the widgets you’ll typically see a Recent activity feed and a Quick actions row with buttons for New Campaign, New Template, Add Contact, and Open Chat.

The left sidebar — where everything lives

The sidebar is grouped by what you’re trying to do. Here’s the full map.

Dashboard

Returns you to the Dashboard home you’re reading about now.

Chat

The Live Inbox — all incoming conversations, organized by assigned agent, group, or status. See Live Inbox Overview.

Contacts

Everything about the people you message:
  • All Contacts — searchable contact list.
  • Groups — named collections for campaign targeting.
  • Custom Fields — define extra data fields (e.g. “Loyalty Tier”, “Signup Date”).
  • Import CSV — bulk-upload contacts.

Campaigns

Plan, schedule, and track broadcast campaigns. Includes a CSV Campaign option for one-off sends without building a contact group first.

Templates

Create, edit, and submit WhatsApp message templates for Meta approval. See their approval status and reuse them across campaigns, bots, and chat.

Automations

  • Bot Flows — visual drag-and-drop conversation flows.
  • Message Bots — keyword-triggered auto-replies.
  • Template Bots — scheduled or event-triggered template sends.
  • Canned Replies — reusable short replies agents can paste into chat.

AI

Configure AI-powered reply suggestions and connect an AI provider (OpenAI-compatible).

Tickets

Turn conversations into trackable support tickets with status, priority, and assignee.

Team

  • Staff Members — invite and manage your coworkers.
  • Roles — define permission bundles.
  • Activity Log — audit trail of who did what.

Setup

The technical-plumbing section:
  • Connect WhatsApp — the primary screen for linking (or re-linking) your Meta Business account.
  • Account (WhatsApp) — see your connected WABA, phone numbers, and disconnect if needed.
  • API & Developer Tools — generate API tokens and configure outbound webhooks.

Settings

  • General — timezone, date format, language, regional preferences.
  • Languages — choose your interface language.
  • Billing & Subscription — plan details, invoices, payment method.
Menu items you don’t have permission to see are automatically hidden. If a teammate sees something you don’t, it’s because of their role.

Layout tips

Click the small arrow at the bottom-left of the sidebar to collapse it to icons only — useful on laptop screens. Click again to expand.
