When you log in, Xobito opens on the Dashboard — your mission-control view. This page explains everything you see there and how the left sidebar is organized.

The top bar

Across the top of every page:
  • Logo (top-left) — click to return to the Dashboard from anywhere.
  • Profile avatar (top-right) — account menu with Profile, Billing & Subscription, Logout.

Dashboard widgets

The Dashboard is a usage-and-capacity summary. Its primary job is to show where you stand against your plan limits, where your contacts are coming from, and how recent campaigns have performed. Each widget is clickable — click it to drill into the underlying feature.

Campaigns used

Campaigns created this billing period vs. your plan’s campaign quota.

Contacts used

Total contacts in your workspace vs. your plan’s contact quota.

Contact sources

Breakdown of where your contacts came from (manual entry, imports, lead sources, etc.).

Campaign statistics

Send and delivery counts for your recent campaigns.
When a usage widget shows you near your plan limit, that’s your cue to upgrade your subscription from Settings → Billing & Subscription before the next send is blocked.

The left sidebar — where everything lives

The sidebar is grouped by what you’re trying to do. Here’s the full map.

Connect WhatsApp

Shown until a WhatsApp Business Account is linked. The primary screen for linking (or re-linking) your Meta Business account. Once connected, this entry steps aside for the rest of the menu.

Chat

The Live Inbox — all incoming conversations, organized by assigned agent, group, or status. See Live Inbox Overview. When you’re inside Chat, a secondary panel reveals chat-side tools including AI Prompts and Canned Replies, plus Staff, Roles, Contact Statuses, Sources, Groups, Custom Fields, Activity Log, Languages, Email Templates, and System Logs.

Bot Flow

Open the visual drag-and-drop bot-flow builder.

Contact

  • Contacts — searchable list of every contact in your workspace.

Templates

  • Templates — create, edit, and submit WhatsApp message templates for Meta approval. See their approval status and reuse them across campaigns, bots, and chat.

Marketing

  • Campaigns — plan, schedule, and track broadcast campaigns.
  • Bulk Campaign — CSV-driven one-off sends without building a contact group first.
  • Message Bot — keyword-triggered plain-text auto-replies.
  • Template Bot — keyword- or first-message-triggered approved-template sends.

Support

  • Support Tickets — turn conversations into trackable tickets with status, priority, and assignee.

Settings

  • Application Settings — WhatsApp auto-lead, stop-bot keywords, webhooks, support agents, notification sound, AI Integration, auto-clear chat history.
  • System Settings — general info, email, Pusher, cache management.
Menu items you don’t have permission to see are automatically hidden. If a teammate sees something you don’t, it’s because of their role.

Layout tips

The sidebar can be collapsed to icons only via the toggle at the bottom-left — useful on laptop screens. Click again to expand.
